I, Hon Jecklin Onwubiko Ukpai, Coordinator Edda West Development Center, on behalf of my family, Management Committee members, Staff, stakeholders and good people of Edda West Development Center, heartily felicitate with our indefatigable leader and governor of Ebonyi State, His Excellency, Rt Hon Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru and his amiable wife, Chief Mrs Mary-Maudline Uzoamaka Nwifuru on this auspicious occasion of Independence Day celebration of Nigeria at 64 and Ebonyi at 28.
May I also warmly felicitate with the Deputy Governor of the State, Princess Patricia Obila, the Speaker of the State Assembly, Rt Hon Moses Odunwa, members of the State Executive council and indeed all Ebonyians on this auspicious occasion.
Your Excellency, your legendary leadership in the State which is anchored on the people's Charter of Needs Agenda has indeed impacted positively on the overall development of the State
through aggressive infrastructure development, human capital empowerment, promotion of peace, Agricultural revolutions, rural communities transformation, Education, health, etc .
