Commissioner Okwu Udu Celebrates Ebonyi First Lady on Her Birthday

The Ebonyi State commissioner for jobs creations and skills development, Hon Elijah Okwu oko Udu has congratulated the wife of the State governor, Chief Mrs Mary-Maudline Nwifuru as she marks her Birthday.

Okwu, in a press statement in Abakaliki, described Mrs. Nwifuru as a beacon of hope and a pillar behind the success story of her husband, R.t Hon  Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru the State Governor.

He applauded her motherly role and care for the survival of women, children, and the youths in Ebonyi.
“As Ebonyi First Lady, you have inspired women to develop initiatives to ensure self-reliance," he said.

The commissioner noted her various interventions in empowering indigent widows, children, and women in the state with skills and equipment for self-reliance worth millions of Naira.

"As the mother of the state, Mrs. Nwifuru has brought joy to many homes and touched so many lives with her numerous empowerment packages that have gone into many households".
He disclosed that he would complement the efforts of the First Lady in jobs creations and skills development.

”I wish to acknowledge and commend your motherly care to the state, your insightful and resolute inputs to the processes of good governance in Ebonyi State, and looking forward to replicating it in our ministry.

"On behalf of my family, ministry of jobs creations and skills development, I want to congratulate Chief Mrs Mary-Maudline Nwifuru the wife of the governor on her birthday today.

"I want to applaud her for what she is doing in the lives of our people" 

"I rejoice with you as you celebrate your birthday. I wish you sound health, wisdom, and good guidance as you move with the task of repositioning and addressing the plights of women, girl children, and youth in the state". it stated.
