The Senator representing Ebonyi South Senatorial District, Distinguished Senator Micheal Ama Nnachi was given a heroic reception by his kinsmen at Itim Edda, as he winds up his 2023 re-election Campaign tour and consultation.
The Senator who is seeking re-election under the People's Democratic Party, (PDP) was accorded a grand welcome at the meeting where he was garlanded with words of “praises” by his people for making them proud
According to the people, Senator Michael Ama Nnachi's tenure has been profitable to them, declaring their willingness to vote for him during the February 25th elections.
They said that the senator exceeded their expectations and they need for his return to consolidate his achievements.
Sen Nnachi's arrival at the venue of the meeting at Nde Onuu sequare, Itim Edda, charged the atmosphere as a thrilling crowd was already assembled and eagerly awaiting his arrival.
As he triumphantly entered the venue flanked by his entourage, excited kinsmen made up of the Elders, Ukejiogos, top party faithful, Youth and Women’s groups danced to endorse his re-election.
Palace Secretary of Igbo 1 of Amato Aut Community, Itim Edda, Chief Ogbonnya Azu; Cabinet member, Chief U O Waya; a woman leader, Mrs. Chika Imo and a youth leader, Mr. Hyacinth who spoke onbeheaf of the people commended Sen Nnachi for making their community proud at the Senate.
They praised him for his achievements and the major projects that attracted by him and described the Senator as a rare gem and a great asset to the community and nation at large.
In his remarks Sen Nnachi while appreciating the people for their support and the grand reception assured them more attraction of projects after he returned.
