Ahead of the forthcoming general elections, Senator Michael Ama Nnachi, PDP Senatorial candidate for Ebonyi South has consulted the traditional ruler of Ohaisu Autonomous Community, Ezeogo Engr. (Arch) Ewa Elechi, the Isuoha 1 of Ohaisu Afikpo to seek royal blessings
Sen. Nnachi told the royal father during the consultative visit at his palace in Ukpa in Afikpo that he aimed to formally inform him of his intention to seek re-election for Senate in Ebonyi South
Sen. Nnachi who commended the role of the traditional ruler in uniting the people and preserving their culture pledged to continue to support the institution
The Senator also eulogized the leadership qualities of the traditional ruler and revealed that Ezeogo Ewa Elechi inspired and encouraged him in his profession as a Quantity Surveyor, being a celebrated construction expert.
He assured the traditional ruler that he will continue to represent them effectively and agitate for more Constituency projects. And promised to constantly hold town hall meetings with constituents
Ezeogo Ewa Elechi who prayed for Sen. Ama Nnachi said Nnachi has been a great son and a peacemaker, he advised him to always maintain his usual peaceful disposition in all situations.
He called for tolerance in the political system.
In a similar development, the Onikara, Essa, and Eto of Afikpo have also blessed Distinguished Senator Ama Nnachi for the success of his re-election bid.
Sen, Nnachi received the blessings during the consultative with them at Afikpo.
