Senator representing Ebonyi South Senatorial district, Distinguished Senator Michael Ama Nnachi in conjunction with National Directorate of Employment is
holding a three day skill acquisition training for Youths and Women in Agriculture & small scale Business ( fishery, Snailrey, poultry) in the district.
The training which is holding at Ebonyi Hotels Afikpo has 90 participants drawn from Afikpo North, Afikpo South, Onicha, Ohaozara, Ivo LGAs that make up Ebonyi South Senatorial district, Ebonyi State.
It is geared towards uplifting the Youths and women of the district, equipping them with basic knowledge and tools on how to be self reliant and create employment opportunities for their friends and relatives.
At the end of the three-day training, the beneficiaries are expected to put what they were taught into practice with incentives including cash that would be given to them for start ups.
