Igbo youths honour business mogul, Anyichuks

Igbo youths under the umbrella of Nigeria Youths Organization, South East zone have  conferred an award of National Honour of Merit and Excellence to  a business mogul Chief Dr. Ifeanyi Chukwuma Odii, for his outstanding humanitarian outreaches and contributions to the development of the nation.

 
Conferring the award during a courtesy call on him in Lagos the National Vice President of NYO South East  zone, Comrade Okorie Chukwumaobi Okorie,said the youth organization found the business man worthy of the award following his numerous interventions and palliative he extended  to the federal and state governments ,different bodies and organization during the lockdown occasioned by the Corona virus pandemic.

 

The group equally  used the opportunity of the visit to once again congratulate him and for his appointment as a member of the governing council of the Lagos State Univeristy by Lagos state Governor Babajide Sanwolu.

 

The youths noted that the appointment was well deserved and urged him to use the opportunity to once again write his name in gold in the history of LASU.

 

‘’Firstly, let me begin with thanking you and your dear wife for extending your benevolence to the Nigerian Youth Constituency durring the lock down period,  which was occasioned by Covid-19 global pandemic. Forever, we shall remain grateful to you for your all round support to Ndigbo and the Nigerian State at that moment of trial. You are simply AN AMBASSADOR OF HUMAN RELIEF and WE are very much proud of you, sir.

 

‘’Secondly, we are also here today to Identify with you on your recent appointment as a Member of the Governing Council Lagos State University (LASU). 

We send our official congratulations,  while still urging you to use this blue-moon opportunity,  to yet leave another memorable legacy in the sands of time; by taking Lagos State University LASU to an enviable position, in the comity of citadel of learning. 

 

‘’Thirdly, the Executive Council of Nigeria Youth Organisation (NYO) South East Zone, will at the course of this visit confer on you with a National Honour of Merit and Excellence in recognition of your meritorious services towards the overall development of the Nigerian Youth Constituency and the Nigerian State which you have firmly demonstrated. 

‘’Sir, suffice it to say that your Philanthropic gestures to mankind through your Ebele and AnyiChuks Foundation is equal to none. Hence, WE address you as the most rising philanthropist in the entire East of the Niger’’ Okorie said

In his remarks,Chief Odii who is the Chairman/CEO of Orient Global Manufacturing Company  thanked them for finding him worthy for the award and pledged to continue to contribute to the development of the nation and World at large.

He further commended NYO leadership South East Zone under Comrade Okorie C. Okorie and charged him to remain focused in championing the aspirations of the youths.
